2011 Demos - Video Series (Volume 2)

As you can see, writing is still our focus although we're adding some some show rehearsal into the mix to prepare for our November 4 and 5 dates at the Troubadour and Bar Eleven.

We're about waste deep in the writing process for a new full length record and that includes recording demos of the new songs.

Updated Web Site! New Logo.

We've given the web site a bit of a makeover and we hope you like it. You'll find things are more streamlined with easier access to our music, shows and social media. Things should load nice and quick too.

We also decided to brand ourselves like cattle. Check out our new HEB logo designed by Marc!

Anyway, we're hard at work writing the next full length and you can expect more content with audio and video goodies on the site soon!!

September Show | Writing New Album

We're excited to be playing the Stage Kids CD Release party Saturday, September 24th at the Ché Café. Will update this post with other bands on the bill as soon as we receive the information. Quietly in the cosmic microwave background we have been writing songs for our next album. We're about 4 songs in with no plans of stopping. We'll be keeping things current with updates and tidbits of new Helen material so stay tuned!
